(Comparative study)
the theasis covers the exissctence of the Egyptian Shura Council, as an advisory council, which raised many questions about the importance of its presence and the fact of its role as one of the institutions of the state, showing the theasis  to the experience of the Shura Council in Egypt, such as the parliament, and how some of the members are elected and others of its members are appointed by the preisdent, and reflects the practicing of a lower chamber in Egypt, in order to determine the manner of its formation and functions, and  the future role for it in this country.
to the constitutional amendment of 2007, which gave the council some legislative powers, and the new political reality of Egypt after the revolution of January 25, 2011, beginning to disrupt the provisions of the 1971 Constitution under the Declaration issued by the Supreme Council of the Armed Forces of the February 13, 2011, following the referendum to amend the Constitution of Egypt on March 19, 2011, then the Constitutional Declaration issued by the provisional military council in March 30, 2011,
In the framework of the comparative study presented the letter to the Shura Council in the countries of Persian Gulf in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, Qatar, Bahrain, Oman, and enjoyed by those councils of the terms of reference of advisory, convergence and similarity of terms of reference of the Egyptian Shura Council before the constitutional amendment for the year 2007.
